Programme Manager Location: Leeds - Hybrid Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months Salary: £90k-£95k Sector: Financial Services Start: ASAP The Role We're hiring a highly organised, strategic Programme Manager to lead a major Organisational Effectiveness programme within enterprise operations at a leading UK financial services firm. This is a people-first transformation - focused on redefining the Target Operating Model (TOM), improving cost efficiency, and designing future-fit job architecture across functions. You'll help shape how the organisation works - from rightsourcing decisions (offshore, onshore, in-house) to delivering real people and process change at scale. What You'll Be Doing Drive a group-wide Operating Model transformation - focused on people, capability, and cost Lead planning and delivery of a complex, multi-workstream HR and organisational change programme Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Ops, Procurement, and Engineering Shape and deliver rightsourcing strategies - e.g. what functions should be offshored vs retained in-house Define and deliver detailed programme plans, dependencies, and tracking Ensure effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and risk control throughout What You'll Bring Proven experience delivering people and operating model transformation in large, complex organisations Background in HR, people change, or enterprise operations Strong understanding of job architecture, organisational design, and culture change Exceptional programme planning and stakeholder management skills Experience working with enterprise cost efficiency or sourcing strategies A structured, proactive, and delivery-minded approach
