The HSEQ Manageris responsible forleading and embedding a robust health, safety, environmental and quality culture across the business, supporting delivery ofmultiple,large-scaleprojects. The role provides operational leadership across multiplejurisdictions, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and continual improvement in line with recognised international standards. Responsibilities include: Integrated Management Systems & Accreditation Overall responsibility for the management,maintenanceand continual improvement of the companys ISO Integrated Management Systems, including Quality and Environmental standards. Ownership of Safe T-Cert accreditation, ensuring ongoing compliance and successful external audits. Coordination of internal and external audits and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Health & Safety Leadership Conduct sitevisits andaudits toidentifyhazards, mitigate risk, address unsafe behaviours, and reinforce high safety standards. Develop and implement short-term and long-term safety strategies aligned toexisting deliverycontracts and business growthobjectives. Act as a visible leader in promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across all project sites. Risk Management & Construction Safety Development, review and approval of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and Construction Phase Safety Plans for projects in Northern Ireland andthe Republic of Ireland. Review and approval of subcontractor health and safety documentation and compliance information. Liaise withinternal stakeholders prior tocommencement of works to ensure coordinated and compliant project start-up. Training & Competence Management Maintain and oversee the training management system to ensure workforce competence, certification compliance, and ongoing skills development. Manage the subcontractor assessment and approval process, ensuring consistent application of safety and quality standards across the supply chain. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Provide internal and external reporting on HSEQ performance to a range of clients, senior management, and regulatory stakeholders. Support client audits, inspections, and performance reviews, acting as the primary HSEQ point of contact. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a senior HSEQ role within construction,fit-outor M&Eenvironments Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems and Safe T-Cert Experienceoperatingacross multiplegeographies(NI and ROI) Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Key Deliverables: Safe,compliantand efficient delivery of projects across all sectors Continuous improvement in safety performance and behavioural culture Strong audit outcomes and accreditation maintenance High levelsof client confidence and trust in HSEQ governance Skills: Health & Safety HSEQ ISO 50001 H&S Management Risk Assessment Management HSQE Management
