Are you a quant researcher passionate about transforming complex data into compelling, story-driven insights? Interested in working on high-impact B2B projects with major tech companies?
We are seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects (with some qualitative aspects), from proposal to presentation.
You will collaborate with well-known tech brands on thought leadership, brand testing, and ad testing studies, all ad hoc work—no trackers involved!
Responsibilities include:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of research projects.
* Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup.
* Working closely with clients to uncover meaningful insights.
* Presenting findings clearly and confidently.
* Collaborating with in-house operations (no scripting or data processing required).
Qualifications and skills:
* Solid experience in a market research agency, preferably with B2B focus. Agency and client-side experience are both acceptable.
* Comfortable leading client calls and crafting compelling narratives.
* Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and interested in AI tools.
* Consultative mindset and strong storytelling skills.
* Part of a close-knit 13-person research team within a company of over 30 employees.
* Hybrid working model: 2 days/week in the office.
