While most guests are asleep, you’ll be helping keep the hotel safe, organised and welcoming. As a Night Team Member, you’ll support overnight operations and ensure guests feel secure, looked after and comfortable throughout the night.
What you’ll do:
1. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
2. Maintain safety and security procedures during the night shift
3. Carry out regular security and safety checks
4. Support colleagues with overnight operational needs
5. Assist with basic maintenance or housekeeping issues when they arise
6. Set up meeting rooms and prepare public areas as required
7. Serve food and beverages to guests when needed
8. Manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs overnight
9. Respond calmly to emergency situations
10. Complete clear, accurate reports for management

You’re a dependable, calm individual who enjoys supporting guests, maintaining safety and being part of a trusted night team.
You’ll bring:
31. Experience working in a hotel or similar environment, ideally in a night‑time role
32. A friendly, professional approach to guest service
33. Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
34. A good understanding of safety and security procedures
35. The ability to stay calm, focused and composed under pressure
36. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
37. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and varying shifts as required
