Role responsibilities The Marketing Executive (Tourism and Partnerships) will increase the awareness and usage of Transport for Wales (TfW) services, primarily focussing on rail services, through support and coordination of digital, traditional and partnership marketing and communications. • Assist the Partnership Marketing Manager with the planning, design and implementation of marketing plans and associated advertising campaigns, literature and promotional initiatives for Transport for Wales Tourism projects to ensure successful delivery of campaigns to market. • Assist the Partnerships Marketing Manager by providing copywriting content and proof-reading support in the writing of social media, internal communications, email and web content aligned to tourism marketing campaigns and activities, to support in the delivery of Partnerships campaigns to market across channels. • Coordinate artwork and print as required by briefing designers, either internally or externally by ensuring artwork is in the correct format, size, language and is in-line with TfW Brand guidelines so that is it suitable for the channel. Support the Partnerships Marketing Manager in the delivery and attendance of an annual calendar of face-to-face new customer acquisition experiential engagement events, and B2B Travel Trade events, working where required with external agencies and stakeholders, to generate awareness and interest of TfW to drive revenue growth. • Provide administration support in the delivery of campaigns by raising purchase orders, proof reading, peer review of copy/assets and management of asset versions for projects and campaigns to ensure successful delivery of campaigns to market. Who we\\\'re looking for • Experience of working in a marketing or communications team • Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of interacting with a range of people and ability to act in a professional manner at all times. • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word. • Good written skills with the ability work to Tone of Voice guidelines, and experience writing copy for print, social or digital assets. Welsh Language Skills The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role. Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills.
