Desired background
* UK‑qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, c. 2–5 PQE
* Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and/or technology contracts
* Solid grounding in data privacy (DPIAs, notices, RoPAs etc.)
* Commercial mindset and confident communicator
* Organised, pragmatic and able to manage competing demands
* Curious, solutions‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, tech‑focused environment
