You will be working within Duty or Assessment (AST) teams, managing a varied caseload and undertaking key statutory responsibilities, including:
Responsibilities
* Completing assessments and risk management
* Managing duty responsibilities, including referrals and safeguarding concerns
* Undertaking care planning and reviews
* Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice standards
Qualifications
* Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
* Registered with Social Work England
* Proven experience in Children's or Adult Services within Duty/Assessment settings
* Strong assessment, safeguarding and case management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced statutory environment
