Join to apply for the Deputy Senior Charge Nurse role at NHS Highland. The Rehabilitation Ward at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Dingwall is looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic Deputy Senior Charge Nurse.
Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Charge Nurse with off duty rostering, staff management and clinical audits.
* Provide leadership on the ward and in the infusion suite/outpatient services.
* Deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients with rehabilitation and palliative care needs.
* Lead or contribute to ongoing development and professional standards within the team.
Qualifications and requirements
* Full UK NMC registration.
* Experience as a Band 5 for at least 5 years (essential).
* Experience in a leadership role (desirable).
* Some knowledge of Rheumatoid arthritis and experience with infusions (beneficial).
