Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Inspire curiosity and critical thinking in the classroom.
* Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Participate in the school’s ECT induction and CPD programme.
* Collaborate with experienced colleagues in lesson planning and resource sharing.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
* Support whole-school activities and contribute to a positive school culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025 (essential).
* A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined).
* No classroom experience required—enthusiasm and commitment are key.
* Strong communication and classroom presence.
* A passion for inspiring students through practical and theoretical science.
* Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
* Willingness to engage with extra-curricular activities and team initiatives.
