Play a key role in shaping risk strategy on one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes.
We’re hiring a Risk Manager to support the delivery of a nationally significant transport project. Working within a structured consultancy environment, you'll influence decision-making through robust risk analysis and collaborate closely with project teams across planning, commercial, and delivery functions.
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Support the implementation of qualitative and quantitative risk management practices
* Facilitate risk identification workshops and ensure risk registers are maintained and aligned with project objectives
* Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) using tools such as @Risk or Primavera Risk
* Provide insight through risk reporting, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and scenario analysis
* Collaborate with wider project controls, planning, and commercial teams to ensure risk is effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle
* Work in line with structured governance processes and NEC contract frameworks
✅ What You Bring
* Experience in risk management on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects
* Understanding of QRA, Monte Carlo simulation, and integrated cost/schedule risk techniques
* Familiarity with risk tools and systems (e.g., ARM, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A collaborative, data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
