What will I do as a member of the Cookie Crew?
* Promptly greet all our fans entering the bakery and assist them with their orders
* Help fans understand menu items, ask clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
* Let your personality shine by giving each fan a warm experience with a smile

* Bake our delicious cookies to perfection
* Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are created and sent out
* Cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining the bakery
* Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team whilst adhering to safe food handling practices
* Take payments accurately and efficiently
* May be asked to make deliveries if applicable
Desired skills/experience
* Experience as within a customer service focused role preferred
* Fun loving, genuine, outgoing demeanour
* Great communication and organisational skills
* Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Own bicycle or vehicle
* Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
* Must be 18 years or older
