Location: Newcastle-Upon-Tyne | OTE Year 1: £50K+ | Start Date: October and November

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the Hiring Process: Manage recruitment from sourcing to offer and post-placement care.
* Build Client Relationships: Develop new business and grow accounts through relationship building
* Find & Assess Talent: Source candidates, run structured interviews, and evaluate fit whilst building long lasting networks
* Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to streamline hiring plans and become the go-to account executive of choice
