As their Partnership & Retentions Executive based in their Blackpool offices, you will be responsible for driving new sales, retaining existing clients / members, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires a results-driven individual who can combine strong sales skills with relationship management to meet business growth and retention targets.

The business is not a large call centre where you are seen as just a number and base your performance on large call volumes.. You will work with an established group of executives with a strong team culture and success coming from maximising every opportunity building genuine relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to):

* Proactively contact prospects to promote services and secure new business / memberships.
* Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
* Handle inbound calls from members considering cancelation, working to understand their needs and offering solutions.
* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
* Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
* Deliver a professional and responsive service to all clients/members.
* Act as the first point of contact for queries, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
* Gather feedback to help improve products, services, and retention strategies.
* Accurately record all interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about services, industry trends, and member benefits through ongoing training and internal updates.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, retention, account management, or customer service.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales / retention targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
* Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail.
* IT literate with knowledge of CRM systems (sales Force is desirable) and Microsoft Office.

* Competitive salary of £24,647 with annual salary reviews.
* Realistic commission is up to £ per month.
