Job scope:
* Prepare and cook food following all hygiene and safety guidelines
* Control all food leaving the kitchen
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and kitchen cleanliness
* Deliver exceptional customer service
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook all food
* Monitor and guide kitchen staff
* Assist in developing person-centred, healthy menus
* Complete all legal and company documentation
* Work closely with the line manager on food issues
* Keep food prep areas clean and organized
* Manage stock rotation, stock takes, and ordering
* Ensure equipment safety and cleanliness
* Follow all policies and procedures
* Maintain a professional appearance
* Support the service's aims and objectives
* Perform other reasonable duties as required
* Adhere to health and safety policies, identify hazards, and undertake risk assessments
