The PCN Team Administrator will work as an integral part ofthe PCNs admin team, working alongside the PCN Manager. This main part of the role is to provide highlevel administrative support.
Main duties of the job
Thisindividual will be a key point of contact for staff, member practices and willbe able to sign post queries to relevant individuals as appropriate. This roleinvolves providing effective administration skills across a wide variety oftasks. This role will be based in LS6.

The following are the core responsibilities for the TeamAdministrator:
Being the main point of contact for PCN staff whencalling in sick and then contacting patients to rearrange their appointments
Working in an administrative environment diarymanagement, filing systems, meeting coordination, minute taking, data input,collating and presenting information.
Customer Service experience face to face,answering calls, correspondence
ProvidingIT support and liaising between the PCN and GPIT
Formatand distribute the PCN newsletter
Developand maintain electronic systems and/or databases required for the role.
Experience of organising own workload with competingdemands
Experience of setting up and maintenance ofadministrative systems and processes.
Experience of working autonomously andproactively
Experience of supporting staff
Comprehensive knowledge of secretarial andadministrative procedures and the ability to undertake associated tasksensuring adherence to defined procedures and guidelines
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications Word, Excel and Outlook
Understanding of confidentiality and theassociated legal and policy requirements.
Demonstrate good organisational and diarymanagement skills to include co-ordination of meetings and associated duties.
Communicate effectively in the English languageand demonstrate both verbal and written comprehension skill

Assist in establishing regular communicationswith staff and stakeholders to include use of newsletters and email MS teamupdates
Support a range of new and existing projects byassisting with the drafting, implementing, and maintaining of project plans,including the monitoring, recording and review of project activities
Contribute to the development of StandardOperating Procedures, policies and protocols
Support of the PCN recruitment process includingsetting up interviews through the design and creation of job descriptions,

Qualifications
* GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience
* Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR GCSE Level Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English Grade 4 to 9 are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced Administration role
* Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Competent in advanced use of MS Office applications and Outlook
* Willingness to work flexibly, demonstrating problem solving skills and an ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands
* Effective time management skills and able to work effectively under pressure, within strict time constraints and ability to manage multiple projects
* Exceptional organisation and administrative skills
