For genuine occupational requirements we require female candidates for this client.
Are you looking for 12 hour day shifts ?
Would you like a rewarding role in which you can support a client one to one in their own home?
Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care.
Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with complex care to live independently in their own homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Day time Support Worker to support our female client who lives in Great Haywood.
Meet the client:
The client is a warm and cheerful individual who brings a lovely presence to those around her. Having previously worked as a nurse, she has a rich life experience and, although she is now non-verbal, she communicates effectively through her facial expressions and body language. She enjoys listening to her favourite music and watching films on TV, which are important and enjoyable parts of her daily routine.
She expresses her emotions through vocalisations and may occasionally make louder sounds when she is particularly happy or experiencing discomfort. Supported by her husband, she sometimes enjoys outings together in their van; however, she continues to require the consistent support and care of a dedicated Support Worker. This role would suit someone who is patient, kind, and compassionate, and who is willing to take the time to understand her unique way of communicating, making a genuinely positive and rewarding difference in her life.
