Are you an enthusiastic and flexible MFL Teacher who can teach both French and Spanish? A welcoming secondary school in Romford is seeking a passionate language specialist to join their MFL department immediately. This full-time, temporary role is ideal for a confident Early Career Teacher or a more experienced professional looking to inspire students in a dynamic and diverse setting.
You'll be responsible for delivering engaging French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. With a focus on real-world application and cultural awareness, you’ll play a key role in nurturing a love for languages among learners of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Support language development through creative teaching and real-world application.
* Plan and differentiate lessons to support diverse learning needs.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
* Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
* Contribute to MFL curriculum development and enrichment activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS and a degree in MFL, French, Spanish, or related subject (essential).
* Ability to teach both French and Spanish to KS4 level.
* Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced educators.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A genuine passion for languages and cultural exchange.
