I'm working exclusively with a growing, forward-thinking mortgage and protection business thats looking to bring in an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join them at a key stage of their growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone whos confident working independently, has built strong client relationships, and is looking to grow in a stable role. The right person will be trusted to run with their own approach, while playing an active part in the business's wider developmentincluding a clear route toward profit share for the right individual.
What my client is looking for:
* A fully CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor
* Demonstrable experience working autonomously and building a healthy, sustainable pipeline
* Someone who values long-term relationships over one-off transactions
* A self-starter whos commercially minded and interested in contributing to business growth
* Strong product knowledge across residential, buy-to-let, and protection
