Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality Design and Technology lessons with a focus on Resistant Materials. Support students through the design process from concept to completion, encouraging creativity and accuracy. Ensure a safe and organised working environment in all practical sessions. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development. Promote enthusiasm for design, engineering, and technology in the classroom. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification. Experience teaching Design and Technology, ideally specialising in Resistant Materials. Strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and workshop safety standards. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage students of all abilities and foster a love for practical learning.
