Accounts Senior
Location: Brighton & Hove area
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
ProTalent is proud to be working with a highly regarded independent accountancy practice in the Brighton & Hove area, as they look to grow their team with an experienced and client-focused Accounts Senior.
This firm combines technical excellence with a genuinely supportive and relaxed working environment. You’ll take on a broad and engaging workload with real client interaction and scope to make a difference.
The role includes:
Preparing accounts for a wide range of clients including SMEs, sole traders and partnerships
Corporation and personal tax returns
Supporting bookkeeping and VAT processes as needed
Advising clients and building strong, long-term relationships
Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
The successful applicant:
ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Solid background in practice, confident in managing a client portfolio
Experience with Xero (or willing to learn)
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
