Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Contract: Full-time (Long-Term)
Pay: £100–£125 per day (PAYE)

We’re looking for a brilliant Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support students in secondary schools across Newcastle. If you’ve got the qualification, the calm presence, and the knack for building trust, you could be just who these schools need.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils in class—whether one-to-one, in small groups or across year groups
2. Assisting with learning, behaviour, and engagement in a variety of subjects
3. Collaborating with teaching staff and SENCOs to tailor support
4. Helping students stay focused and feel confident in the classroom

What you’ll need:
5. A recognised Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
6. Experience in a secondary school setting
7. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
