Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

The company is looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with company goals.
The role includes:
* Tracking and analyzing key KPIs
* Partnering with leadership on pricing, unit economics, and growth forecasts
* Providing financial modelling, supporting fundraising, and board reporting
* Preparing and presenting financial statements, ensuring compliance
* Leading budgeting, variance analysis, and cost/revenue optimization
* Monitoring cash flow and creating forecasts
* Developing financial strategies with senior leadership
* Ensuring tax compliance, managing audits, and staying updated on regulations
* Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
* Handling payroll, staff benefits, and statutory deductions
* Implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing systems
* Delivering financial reports and communicating data effectively
The Candidate should have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with significant post-qualified experience
* Alternatively, sector-relevant experience with 10+ years
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager, preferably in SaaS or IT/Tech
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in Excel and Xero (preferred)
* Comprehensive accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
