In this role, you will work alongside our property management team, covering all aspects of property management and delivering excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Formal qualifications are not essential; the right attitude and dedication are more important.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Conducting property viewings and inspections
2. Liaising with tenants and landlords to build and maintain strong relationships
3. Ensuring compliance with property management laws (full training will be provided if needed)
4. Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, shredding, and emailing
5. Understanding and using IT software
6. Possessing property management qualifications (preferred)
7. Having a full clean driver's license
8. Performing basic tasks as described
9. Maintaining high attention to detail
10. Being trustworthy
Package
The salary will depend on experience and ability. The role is based at our headquarters in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, 40 hours per week. Benefits include 28 days paid holiday per year, pension contributions, and company-branded clothing.
