Aufgaben
1. Developing, implementing and managing an Interface Management Strategy covering Community Engagement, Skills and Employment, 3rd Party Stakeholders, U&A Interfaces, Land Access, Highways and all Consents.
2. Monitoring, coordinating and managing agreements between all parties on the project and adjacent projects, including interaction with the Project Director, Project Manager, Supervisor, subcontractors, suppliers and 3rd Parties.
3. Maintaining regular interface with utilities companies and other key stakeholders.
4. Communicating interface issues and risks that will impact project delivery and identify mitigation measures.
5. Holding regular interface meetings with relevant parties to manage interfaces, meet programme milestones and mitigate risks.
6. Updating the Project Director on interface issues, produce weekly reports detailing interface issues that may impact the works and propose mitigation actions.
7. Providing progress reports, including closure of mitigation actions.
8. Assisting with integrating different parties and implementing BIM.
9. Guiding and developing the Interface management team in terms of skills & competencies as well as encouraging behaviours / cultures supporting collaboration
10. Driving innovation and the upskilling of the Interface team to deliver a next generation Infrastructure Project.
11. Building a team which lead by example in Health, Safety, Wellbeing and EDI.
12. Building strong relationships within the community to add value to thedelivery of the project by being a good neighbour and embedding ourselves inthe community.
Qualifikationen

14. Project management expertise
15. Proven ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships and effective channels of communication in a pressurised and highly time sensitive environment
16. Thorough experience in consents management and permit/planning applications submission management
17. Strong communication and leadership skills
