About the Role
In this newly shaped role, you’ll take ownership of warehouse compliance across the site. You’ll work closely with teams at every level to ensure processes are followed, documented, and continuously improved - with a practical, supportive approach.
You’ll be out on the floor, coaching, training, and embedding best practice that makes life easier and safer for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain compliance processes across warehouse operations
* Write and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions for warehouse teams
* Monitor compliance performance and follow up where standards fall short
* Work closely with managers and team leaders to support culture change
* Lead weekly calls and reporting updates with stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in warehousing/logistics environments
* Confident in writing SOPs, leading training, and driving compliance forward
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
* A natural communicator who can gain trust and influence without being overbearing
* A team player who enjoys working across departments to get things right
