Due to continued success and growth, Hays has been appointed to recruit apliance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting time to start your career with the organisation. On offer is a full-time permanent position and the hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your new role
Aspliance Administrator, you will work within the Regulatorypliance team, who are responsible for ensuring all consumer protection and regulatorypliance requirements are met within thepany. Your main duties will include: assisting the team with the gathering of documentation for the filing of regulatorypliance returns. Assist the Regulatory Affairs team with thepletion of internal audits and spot checks on various organisational functions.plete review checks on emails, telephone calls for quality assurance on regulatorypliance matters. Review and assist in the preparation of customer-facing documents/contracts and policies. You will assist in the review andpletion ofplexplaints and correspondence and perform general administration duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Aspliance Administrator, ideally you will have a 3rd level qualification and will have direct experience working in a regulations orpliance role. You will be able to demonstrate excellentmunication skills and be confident liaising with people at all levels via verbal and written forms. You will have excellent attention to detail and be capable of analysing legislation and highlighting relevant trends. You will be proficient in MS Office, work well as part of a wider team and on your own initiative as required.
