Position: Compliance Manager Location: Redhill (On-site) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, flexible between 08:00-18:00) About the business: We are working with a well-established premium custom carton manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager to take ownership of their Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance function at site level. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with systems, driving continuous improvement, and playing a key role in shaping compliance, sustainability, and safety performance across a busy production environment.
