We are recruiting a Lead Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Warrington!
The Role:
* Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems such as eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, and toolbox talks.
* Be the escalation point for our team and support with training of new staff.
* Responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account.
* Collate and present portfolio reviews.
* Process timesheets and expenses weekly.
* Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, and Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
* Create accurate Purchase Orders promptly.
* Review and process supplier invoices regularly.
* Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
* Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L results.
* Complete month-end reports for the finance manager.

* 8am - 5pm
* Site-based position.
