We are
seeking a dynamic Sales and Events Manager to drive new
business and revenue growth for our newest opening in Manchester.
The Role:
As Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and
executing proactive sales strategies to attract new business and drive event
sales. You will help lead the sales function across our Manchester location, managing
relationships with key corporate clients and hospitality partners.
You will report into our London based Director of Sales and
work alongside our Sales Executive who handles inbound inquiries and smaller
group bookings.
This Sales and Events Manager position is perfect for a
self-starter with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in proactive
sales within high-end restaurants, luxury hospitality, or events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop
and implement a proactive sales strategy to drive new business and revenue
growth for our Manchester locations.
* Identify,
target, and secure new corporate accounts and hospitality partnerships.
* Build
and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the events,
corporate, and luxury lifestyle sectors.
* Drive
sales for private dining, large group bookings, and exclusive events.
* Work
closely with marketing and operations teams to create compelling sales
packages and promotional initiatives.
* Help
ensure alignment in sales efforts and maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Track
and analyse Manchester sales performance, providing reports and insights
to senior management.

strong network within corporate, M&E agencies and hospitality industries

to think strategically and execute innovative sales initiatives.

managing and mentoring sales teams.
