We’re looking for an Order Processor to join a friendly and supportive office team in on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Some of the Order Processor duties include:
1. Speaking with existing customers and providing support when needed
2. Creating quotations and interpreting customer enquiries within agreed timescales
3. Processing customer orders accurately from enquiry through to completion
4. Contacting customers to clarify or amend orders and providing technical advice after training
5. Checking orders against original requests and progressing the to the next stage
6. Taking calls for the processing team and transferring to the correct department
We are looking for someone with previous office admin experience who is confident speaking with customers on the phone. You will enjoy working in an open plan office and be comfortable handling a mix of order processing and customer communication. We also want someone who is motivated, driven, and looking to build a long-term career with clear opportunities for progression.
This will be working40 hours per week Monday to Friday, earning a salary of £ per hour.
