The Role: You will play a key role in our Private Client team, handling a varied caseload that includes: Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of private client work, including probate matters, will drafting, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney Advising on a broad range of trust issues, including lifetime trusts, will trusts and trusts for elderly or vulnerable clients, with a focus on drafting, administration and associated tax considerations Private Client Solicitor to work with clients, their families, carers and relevant third parties such as medical professionals, financial advisers and case managers Providing high-quality, empathetic client care, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and contributing to the growth of the department through new client engagement About You: 1 years PQE Private Client Solicitor or demonstrable experience in private client work Strong client care and communication skills Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision STEP qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage, but is not essential Why Join Us?
