Do you have a passion for helping young people? We are currently recruiting for two Housing Support Workers to join our Supported Accommodation scheme, based at Wren House in Bradford. These roles are 35 hours per week, paying £26,655. You will encourage independent and positive behaviours in accordance with the individuals personal support plan. You will assist with domestic duties and the emotional aspects of maintaining an accommodation and liaise with other support networks. You will support and encourage young people to develop existing skills and gain confidence in order to move to permanent housing as soon as realistically possible The Group Living Service covers three services across Bradford, which you will be required to support, travelling is therefore an essential requirement for this role. The young people at Wren House really appreciate the support they receive and it’s great to watch them grow and develop. The role can be very varied, and there is a lot of room for ideas and innovation from yourself. We have a great team that is multicultural and incredibly supportive.
