Cluster Revenue Manager
Hybrid London (3 days office / 2 days remote)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join a dynamic and growing international hospitality group.
This strategic role is responsible for driving the commercial performance of a portfolio of properties across key European markets. The position requires strong analytical capability, market awareness and close cross-functional collaboration to maximise occupancy, revenue and profitability.
The Role Revenue & Pricing Strategy
Develop and execute tailored revenue strategies aligned to each propertys demand profile and guest segmentation
Optimise pricing across all room types and distribution channels using dynamic, data-led approaches
Monitor booking pace, demand trends and local market activity to proactively manage rates
Forecasting & Performance Analysis
Deliver accurate monthly demand forecasts
Monitor key KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and market share
Provide detailed reporting and actionable insight to senior stakeholders
Channel & Inventory Management
Oversee distribution strategy across OTAs, metasearch and direct channels
Collaborate with distribution and inventory teams to optimise channel mix
Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive demand initiatives
Contribute to annual budgeting and reforecast processes
About You Minimum 3 years revenue management experience within hospitality
Strong understanding of urban market demand drivers
Confident using revenue systems and RMS tools
Advanced Excel and analytical capability
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable influencing stakeholders
Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members would be advantageous
