What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
Leading a new multi-agency team working to respond to and reduce anti-social behaviour across Somerset, ensuring that everyone who experiences anti-social behaviour is able to report their concerns appropriately and achieve the correct and timely response.
Managing the ASB Case Review Process in Somerset.
Facilitating opportunities to engage with local communities to help offer reassurance and build resilience.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

* Have proven experience in working in partnership with different agencies.
* Have demonstrable knowledge and expertise in anti-social behaviour legislation. policy and enforcement.
* Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Experience of managing individuals and/or teams.

The salary for this Grade 10 role is £37,280 to £42,771 per annum.
