Sentra Care is proud to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, nurse-led Complex Care provider in the South West. We’re hiring a Relationship Manager — the perfect next step for an experienced Case Manager ready to combine clinical expertise with service development and business growth.
This is a brand-new role created due to expansion, not a backfill. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to shape how services are delivered and how professional relationships are built across the region.
What you’ll be doing
* Building and nurturing relationships with case managers, deputies, legal professionals, and healthcare specialists.
* Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and how we can best support them.
* Representing the organisation at events, meetings, and networking opportunities — showcasing a nurse-led, values-driven approach.
* Playing a hands-on role in service design, ensuring care packages exceed expectations.
* Partnering with the leadership team to spot growth opportunities and support wider business transformation.
What we’re looking for
* Currently working as a Case Manager (or with strong case management experience) and keen to take the next step.
* Clinical background — Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Allied Health Professional.
* Registered (or open to registering) with the Institute of Registered Case Managers (IRCM).
* Strong networker with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, self-driven, and excited by a fast-paced, growing environment.
