Job Description:

As a Client Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our well-known clients, delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include resolving queries, managing stock and orders for assigned clients, and liaising with internal departments to find the best solutions for incoming queries.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Salary: £26,035.50 per annum

Working hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 06:00-18:00


Key Duties:

* Ensure timely and accurate receipt of sales orders, making them available to the warehouse within agreed timeframes.
* Follow up on missing or outstanding orders with clients, confirming receipt or non-receipt.
* Manage duplicate orders, confirming with clients whether to process or cancel them.
* Oversee inventory management and quality control, preventing mis-rotation of stock and managing quarantine statuses.
* Communicate with clients face-to-face, via phone, or email, ensuring queries are handled professionally and promptly.
* Provide high-quality service to ensure a positive client experience and retention.
* Manage a portfolio of clients daily.
