Hours: 0900-1700hrs.Reports To: Payroll Manager

Responsibilities
* Running multiple payrolls from start to finish—accuracy is your superpower!
* Investigating and resolving payroll queries with confidence and care.
* Supporting audits and improving internal processes.
* Collaborating with HR and station teams to meet local payroll needs.
* Preparing reports, analysing data, and contributing to smarter payroll systems.
* You’ll be trusted to run payrolls and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
* A degree in finance, business, HR, or a related field or equivalent.
* Experience within an admin or payroll environment is advantageous.
* A keen interest in payroll, HR, or data management.
* Strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn new systems (Dayforce/WFM experience is a bonus!).
* Clear communication, problem-solving savvy, and a proactive mindset.
* CiPP certification is a plus—but not essential. We’ll support your learning journey.
