About Our Client
Our client, a well known & growing business based in Crawley is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their Admin & Secretarial team
Job Description
* Assist the sales team with answering internal and external queries
* Manage all office administration tasks including record keeping of information related to customers, suppliers, staff, etc.
* Support processing of orders from customers and the handover to Delivery team
* Ensure all outstanding orders are delivered and invoiced at the end of each month and follow up
* Maintain company information systems with personnel, financial and other data
* General housekeeping responsibilities to ensure smooth running of the office
* Assist where necessary with scheduling and organising meetings and events, taking minutes, making travel and accommodation bookings
* Manage visitors to the UK office
* Support coordination of business events
* Propose and implement office and business improvement ideas
* Assist Business Unit Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have some experience with the above & ideally be available on short notice
