JOB TITLE: New Build Commercial ManagerDIVISION: WSDSITE LOCATION: TelfordREPORTS TO: Head of CommercialJob PurposeThe New Build Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and gaining specifications for Window Systems Division products within the New Build and Commercial sectors. This includes promoting products to national and regional housebuilders, developers, contractors, architects, local authorities, housing associations, and RSLs. The role also requires close liaison with approved window contractors, managing major national accounts, and securing profitable specifications across both New Build and Commercial markets.Key Accountabilities

Drive sales growth in the New Build housing market, including national and regional housebuilders, developers, and partnership frameworks.

Secure national and regional agreements with housebuilders and developers.
Manage and oversee major accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
Identify financially secure new customers within both New Build and Commercial sectors.
Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and approved window contractors to communicate contract opportunities.
Specify solutions and obtain orders by providing full technical, commercial, and on-site support.
Prepare drawings for tender, including site surveys for design.
Support fabricators on local authority and developer tenders, including pricing matrices and bid preparation.
Deliver professional CPD seminars to architects, developers, and related bodies to promote Epwin Window Systems.
Work with Marketing on before/after photos, lead generation, sector campaigns, and promotional activities.
Plan and manage the regional area methodically to maximise sales potential, particularly in high-density development zones.
Ensure Profile 22 / Spectus systems are specified wherever possible.
Provide a comprehensive specification service including:
Site visits
Surveys
Design advice
Problem-solving
Technical backup
Support to fabricators
Liaise with BDMs and SSMs to understand competitor activity and industry trends.
Work with the Technical Department for CAD drawings and to ensure compliance with building regulations.
Ensure Epwin Window Systems fully meets specification and tender requirements.
Assist fabricators with tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
Attend local and national exhibitions and follow up on leads.

Key Experience and Skills Required
3–4 years of experience selling window systems/products.
Experience working directly with New Build housebuilders and developers (national or regional).
2 years' experience in fabrication and installation.
Strong knowledge of window systems and New Build sector requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
Experience conducting site surveys and managing on-site requirements.
CRM experience.
Full Driving Licence.
