ABOUT CAMBRIDGE SPORTS MEDICINE CENTRE (CSMC)
CSMC is a private practice specialising in post-operative rehab, concussion, and musculoskeletal injury. We prioritise quality and expertise over volume. All appointments are 1-hour in length to allow for medical best practice including delivery of in-depth assessment followed by comprehensive treatment and 1-1 guided rehab. DETAILS OF THE ROLE
CSMC is recreating a Female Physiotherapist (2-4 years experience) to be primarily responsible for working with our female patients. There will be a wide variety of patients with demographics that will include active older adults, busy parents, kids and teenagers, elite / sub-elite / pathway athletes and everyone in between. Prior experience working in sport and with female patients is an advantage but not a pre-requisite to applying. There will be weekend work involving pitch side and event care in elite and sub-elite environments.
Important details of the role include:
•40hr working week, including evening and weekend pitch side work.
•Primarily responsible for treating our female patients
•Large emphasis on supportive education and development via a structured learning plan. CSMC also invests heavily in external learning opportunities via official CPD courses.
•Contribute to the technical resource library of the practice via written and video projects.
•Assist in research projects undertaken by the practice.
•Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records in-line with professional minimum standards.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or MSc. Physiotherapy – Pre Reg)
•HCPC and CSP registered
REMUNERATION
Remuneration for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 which is made up of £30,000 base salary + commission (expected to be a minimum of £10,000 in the first year with constant growth as your reputation grows).
