Role Responsibility: CLEANING SUPERVISOR Salary: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 14:00 and 20:00 Location: Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, SN4 7HG. G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis based in Swindon. We are seeking experienced supervisors who are excellent communicators, great at problem solving, and excel at teamwork. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop where you will be responsible for the planning, supervision and control of the day-to-day Cleaning Services, ensuring that service delivery meets with the required service standards within designated areas of control. Responsibilities Lead, coach and monitor the cleaning services team. Oversee shift and work patterns to meet fluctuating staff levels. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
