Senior National Account Manager – Toys

Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a passion for the toy industry?
Do you have a proven track record managing major UK retailers such as Smyths Toys?
ITP are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to join a top 10 Global Toy company. This is a key role within the UK business, and will be managing one of the businesses Key Customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full commercial responsibility for a major UK retail account, Smyths Toys
* Support product launch with a new customer account, and proactively work to develop that account into another Key Customer
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships
* Lead at annual business reviews, presentations, trade shows and networking events
* Forecast sales and stock requirements to support supply chain efficiency & stock management
* Work closely with marketing, product development, and licensing teams
* Manage promotional budgets and maximise return on investment
* Represent at trade shows, previews, and industry events
* Support and mentor junior members of the sales team, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture
About You
* Proven experience as a National / Senior National Account Manager role within toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods
* Demonstrate success managing and growing large national retail accounts, ideally including Smyths Toys but other account experience will be considered
* Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and the toy / licensing sector
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Team player
