This is a high-impact opportunity for someone currently working in a trade counter, branch, or customer-facing trade environment who is ready to step into a more commercially focused account management role. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of 60-80 active accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service, support, and proactive engagement. This role is about relationship management, not hard sales ideal for someone who understands tradespeople, products, and the importance of reliability, responsiveness, and trust.
