Senior Sous Chef with progression plan to become Head Chef in 6 months We are recruiting a Senior Sous Chef to join a community-led kitchen and bar space in Kings Cross, supporting a growing daytime and evening food offer. This role focuses on creativity, consistency and preparing for a smooth transition into a Head Chef position next year. You will work closely with the Development Head Chef, helping drive menu ideas, shape the kitchen culture and strengthen standards as the business continues to build momentum. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys structure, creative freedom and the chance to step into their first Head Chef role in a contained, well-supported environment.
