They’re looking for a dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant—someone calm, caring, and confident supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
You’ll be part of a nurturing, specialist team helping children access learning, develop communication skills, and grow in confidence. Whether you’ve worked in a PMLD or complex needs setting before—or have supported someone personally—you’ll know the impact that steady, tailored support can make.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 with learning, communication, and daily routines
* Assisting with physical and sensory needs with care and dignity
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
* Creating a space where every achievement—no matter how small—is recognised and celebrated

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
