Senior Sales Account Manager – Christmas Decorations, Seasonal Displays & Immersive Experiences

Specialising in high-quality Christmas decorations, stunning seasonal displays, and immersive festive experiences, we help transform retail spaces, events, and public areas into unforgettable winter wonderlands. Our clients include shopping centres, garden centres, event agencies, and brands seeking to create magical moments. We also sell animatronics and bespoke display projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, corporate, hospitality, and public sectors.
* Sales & Business Development – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, event planners, and decision-makers.
* Sales & Business Development – Present creative and customized proposals that showcase our decorative and experiential offerings.
* Sales & Business Development – Meet or exceed sales targets, seasonal goals, and KPIs.
* Sales & Business Development – Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, building strong relationships with shopping centre managers, commercial landlords and operational teams.
* Client Consultation – Understand client needs, budgets, and visions to recommend suitable products and experiences.
* Client Consultation – Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to develop tailored solutions.
* Client Consultation – Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and expectations for delivery and installation.
* Market & Trend Awareness – Stay informed about seasonal trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
* Market & Trend Awareness – Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
* CRM & Reporting – Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and communications using CRM tools.
* CRM & Reporting – Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience, ideally in events, seasonal products, design, or decor industries.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* A creative mindset with the ability to sell visual and experiential concepts.
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently, especially during peak holiday seasons.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (experience with design software is a bonus).
Nice to Have:
* Experience working with holiday displays, event production, or immersive installations.
* Existing client base in retail, hospitality, or event planning industries.
* Ability to travel to client sites or events as needed.
