Responsibilities
1. Welcome visitors and staff, managing the front‑of‑house experience
2. Answer and transfer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
3. Support meeting preparation, including refreshments, room set‑ups, and occasional lunch orders or runs
4. Keep office supplies stocked and communal areas tidy and organised
5. Assist with day‑to‑day admin tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing
6. Provide hands‑on support to the Office Manager across general office coordination

9. A good level of English and Maths – ideally GCSE grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
10. Strong communication skills and confidence to engage with colleagues

12. Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office & email)
13. Reliable, punctual, and committed to building a long‑term career
14. A mature, willing personality – someone who takes responsibility, stays grounded, and approaches work with professionalism
