We are working with a leading law firm seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Associate to join its Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious family lawyer to join a highly regarded practice advising clients on a broad range of privately funded family law matters. The successful candidate will work with a strong client base including professionals and high net worth individuals, advising on complex and sensitive family matters. The role offers the opportunity to undertake high quality work while playing an important part in the continued growth and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on a broad range of family law matters including financial remedy and children cases
* Act for professionals and high net worth individuals on complex matters
* Manage your own caseload with appropriate support where required
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
* Support business development activities and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with around 5+ years' PQE in family law
* Experience gained within a recognised family team at a regional or national firm
* Strong technical family law knowledge and drafting ability
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Commercially minded, organised and proactive
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Keen to contribute to the growth and development of the practice
