What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
* Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
* Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
* Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
* Promoting a safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
* A commitment to integrity, teamwork, and delivering work of the highest quality
