What's involved?
As a Chef de partie, you will be the cornerstone of our kitchen operations, collaborating closely with the Head Chef to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence. Responsibilities:

* Monitor Efficiency: Oversee portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
* Leadership: Run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
